Leiligheten har to soverom, stue med spiseplass og to sitteavdelinger, den ene med tv, den andre med utsikt over Oslofjorden og Oscarsborg, eget kjøkken og bad/do med badekar og vaskemaskin. Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

🏡 Nyoppusset leilighet med flott beliggenhet. Her er du nær marka med tursti et steinkast unna. Selv om leiligheten ligger rett på kanten av naturen, bor du veldig sentralt. ♨️ Badstue og badestamp er tilgjengelig mot et ekstra gebyr. De ligger på siden av huset med fin utsikt mot naturen.
