Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train, Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. In the middle of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber optic internet which allows teleworking if necessary.

Quick access to various beaches and small shops. The city of St Jean de Luz, a pretty seaside resort, is just a stone's throw away with its splendid beach, its heart of town with Basque charm and many summer festivities.

Sunlit, you will enjoy the view of the Rhune and a wall of greenery! This loft can pleasantly accommodate a couple (no kids). Equipped kitchen, NESPRESSO machine, TV, Wifi with a workspace. You can also enjoy the shared terrace. The apartment has been redone in April 2017.
