Hytta ligger usjenert til uten innsyn med nærhet til natur og sjø, bare 5 min til badeplass. 4-6 soveplasser fordelt på: 120cm seng i alkove, 140 sovesofa i oppholdsrom og 150 seng i anneks. Den store terrassen på to nivå er godt møblert med hjørnesofa, spiseplass og grill. På høyeste nivå er egen sittegruppe under en paviljong. Stedet Nærsnes er et koselig sted 35 minutt fra Oslo med bil. Buss 250 bruker 1 time. Liten butikk 600 m unna. Rortunet på Slemmestad er 10 minutt unna med bil.

Welcome to the orangery at Nesodden near Oslo. Wake up to birdsong, explore Oslo or the neighborhood great for bathing and hiking, with forest and pond right outside the fence and only a few minutes' walk to the Oslo Fjord. Visit the mines here at Spro. The orangery is built from recycled materials, and offers an almost sacral atmosphere. The main house next by contains a private kitchen, dining room, toilet and a bathroom. Enjoy the evenings and sunsets by the bonfire in the garden

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.
