Nice studio on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator. Optimal accessibility by public transport (train, bus, tram) and by car. 15 min from the city center, close to the ing ARENA, the Basilica. Free street parking.. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the center, without being out of the way; this is the perfect compromise to visit the Capital and its surroundings. The amenities are designed so that young and old, couples or families can have a comfortable stay.

Welcome to my cosy unique bright home, with astonishing view, a terrace and a balcony. You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.
