Apartment with character, in the attic, in family house. It is located 5 minutes' walk from the train station. The train will take you every 15 minutes to Lausanne center in about 20 minutes. A free parking space is available. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, bathroom shower, sink and toilet and a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed. This accommodation is ideal for 2 adults or a couple with a small child from 0 to 2 years old.

Cozy and independent 2-room apartment recently furnished in our house. Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

Bright room in the vineyards

Very nice bright room with 1 single bed or 2 beds in stairs. Common areas shared by tenants of other rooms. Located in a small building in the vineyards, 2 min. walk to the "Vevey-Mont-Pélerin" funicular and 15 min. walk to Vevey, the lake and the pool. Double glazing, absolute silence with windows closed, but road can be heard with windows open. The residence is family-friendly and very quiet, so it will not be suitable for festive stays.

Mon logement est à 10 mn à pied de l’EPFL et à peine plus du lac Léman. Les transports en commun sont à 5mn à pied, vous serez donc en peu de temps au centre de Lausanne et ses alentours. Un supermarché se trouve à seulement 500m du logement. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour l'ambiance, l'emplacement et la tranquillité. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyages d'affaires.
