Interamente in pietra di Langa, la casa si affaccia sul giardino da cui si può godere di un'ottima vista sul Monviso. Posizione ideale per raggiungere Alba patria della fiera del tartufo.

Un’ampia vetrata nella zona giorno annulla il confine tra dentro e fuori, fondendo gli spazi interni con il giardino e il bosco antistante. Perfetto per rigenerarsi nel verde e riscoprire i propri ritmi, per escursioni a piedi o in bici alla scoperta dei dintorni e delle numerose Pievi Romaniche, a due passi dalle più belle località e musei del Piemonte.

Ampio giardino (1200mq circa) recintato, piscina (non sorvegliata di 12x7 mt, profonda da 90 cm a 220 cm) con trampolino e scala di muratura comoda per entrare e uscire. Tettoia con forno a legna e barbecue con tavolo e sedie in condivisione con i proprietari. Tavolo con sedie sotto veranda per gli ospiti, lettini e sdraio prendisole.
