Good morning, welcome! The apartment is located on the third floor, without elevator, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The strategic location will allow you to easily reach the city centre and hospital. You will also find a few meters from the apartment the Rainero park to enjoy walks in the city. I will always be available for every need ! The space The apartment is equipped with bathtub in the bathroom, parquet floor and coffee machine, kettle and microwave. There is also WiFi and A/C.

Asti Comfy Apartment - Private Parking!

It was not a leisure stay, I accompanied my daughter for a hospital stay from where the apartment is only a mile away while being very close to the historic center. The well-equipped accommodation, generously sized and with a truly exceptional exposure and brightness, has made my stay pleasant. Only downside (venial) : The presence of at least a couple pods for espresso would have been appreciated

Attention to hospitality, attention to detail, welcome, availability and maximum cleanliness, all this is "La casetta in cortile". A haven of peace and privacy in the city center. The host's welcome attentions (bottle of wine, fresh water, sweets, snacks and much, much more), the very comfortable beds and sofa, the kitchen equipped with everything you need, the silent air conditioner that mitigated the unexpected heat, made the stay in Asti an experience to be repeated. All our needs were met with promptness and courtesy by Ms Barbara and her collaborator, so all that remains is to say: Goodbye Asti and goodbye Ms Barbara of "La casetta in cortile"!

Great place to stay in perfect location! Our flight was delayed a day and Chiara offered us an extra night without charge! Great host, great, clean place! Only issue is I didn’t notice that it was a 4 flight walk up- no elevator! But otherwise all was perfect!
