Come stay in the citys best location. Easy to get to Times Square, Central Park and all places of attraction in New York City. Such as the Seaport, Statue of liberty. Near film studios, beer gardens, distilleries, museums, rooftop lounges. supermarkets, diners, amazon delivery to place. The flat is shared and is on first floor. It’s only 3 stops away from the city. Take the N W or R train which are each 3 blocks away and voila super easy and convenient and we are 12mins away from LGA airport.

This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for homebodies, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Your stay will in be in a quiet space facing our private backyard. Located within a shared family home. You will have one of the bedrooms, access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second bedroom is just above you and is occupied by the us. Our location is on Astoria Park South, two blocks from east river and it's amazing city views, a short walk to both the NYC Ferry Astoria stop and Subway Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train lines. PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING. See house rules.

Studio is offered in the townhouse. The studio features a comfortable queen-sized bed . It has a separate entrance and has its own kitchen and bathroom. The townhouse is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. The unit is located just 1 block from N&W trains Ditmars blvd stop. 30 mins on N&W trains to Times Square. 1 avenue away a grocery store, very close to cafes and restaurants that Astoria Queens has to offer. The rest of the townhouse would be shared with me and my family members

The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!

Staying at Vini's place was absolutely wonderful! First of all, the location was super convenient — the bus stop to Manhattan was very close, and it was also great to be able to walk about 15 minutes to the subway station. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, which made our stay even more pleasant. The house was very clean, and the bathroom had great water pressure. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we felt totally at ease during our stay. My friend and I kept saying how happy we were with everything — we truly had a great time! I’d definitely love to stay here again. Thank you so much, Vini!

Julien’s place was amazing and more than what we asked for to stay in for an extended time. My partner and I really enjoyed the place and location/area. One bus away, one train away from everything we wanted to visit/access in New York. The place itself has everything you need ( kitchen, living room, washer, dryer). Julien was also very responsive and accommodating when we have questions/concerns during our stay there. 10/10 would recommend anyone who wants to try experiencing New York for an extended time.

Stayed for a few days. It was great being in Astoria and going to the shops and restaurants near by. Hal was very responsive and allowed a flexible check in when my flight was delayed. Overall a great place to settle for a few days or weeks and he is very attentive and kind. Would love to stay again.

Cristina's apartment is beautiful and perfect for our 2 day stay in New York. Cristina is so lovely and accommodating - felt like we were staying with friends. The air-con was brilliant, great shower pressure and a Direct train to Maanhatten takes about 30 mins door to door and there is the mist amazing supermarket right by the tube to get lost in! highly recommended.
