House located in the beautiful seaside village of San Juan de la Arena, the capital of Anguilla. It is 30 minutes from Gijón and Oviedo and only 15 minutes from Avilés. It also has good access to the airport, as it is only 10 minutes away. We are on the right bank of the Nalón River's mouth. The house is located in front of the marina and 5 minutes from Quebrantos beach along a nice walk. In the village there are sports facilities such as: sports center, indoor soccer court and even a small skatepark. It also has supermarkets and even a market in the square every Friday. We also have a medical center and pharmacy. In the village we also have numerous restaurants where you can taste our varied cuisine. There is a coastal path that leads us to the beautiful medieval village of Castillo, from which we can see the course of the Nalón River from a good height.
