As well as being sustainably designed, this home also has an industrial chic vibe. All beds feature quality linens that are fair trade procured. A very unique home with high ceilings and an industrial New York artist loft feeling. Lots of skylights and windows. Private courtyard with outdoor space to dine, barbecue, read a book, or hang out. Home and garden is full of art and sculptures. Restaurant style kitchen full of cookbooks. Guests have a private courtyard with a swing chair, outdoor furniture, and fruit trees. The home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot with a Mediterranean style garden with art and sculptures on display. Guests can help themselves to whatever fruit is in season (over 70 fruit trees in the garden, berries, and herbs). I am available and nearby for any questions. The Gardeners (Ernesto Martinez and assistant Benedicto) come every Wednesday.
