Monthly Rentals in Athol Island

Our stay with Cherise and her husband was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They are both exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely wonderful hosts. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying with them to anyone. Thank you so much for all your help and support and making our trip truly unforgettable!

My second time staying at this location, enjoyed It very much. feels like home

Irene was a great host and helped us out a lot! She was always there if we needed help or a drive :) Really friendly and recommended local things to us!

The guest house was as listed, although didn’t have ocean gear like snorkel, etc, just a towel. Clean and private. Fred communicated well and let me change my reservation last minute. Be aware that if you’re using this AirBnB as a hub for your Caribbean ocean vacation, it is pretty far from the desirable beach (cabbage beach). Montagu Beach is the close one but is not a white sand ocean beach you’d expect. I wouldn’t recommend Montagu tbh. I was a solo traveler who went to the Bahamas as a last minute getaway and it ended up taking 1.5hr walk to get to the beach. Or I could’ve paid Maxwell $20 each way. That’s my fault though for not planning better and not understanding the main island versus Paradise Island. So, if you need to be on Nassau, and/or you have a rental car, this place is worth the price. But if you want to go to a white sand more secluded beach, stay on or as close as you can to Paradise Island.
