Perfect. Cozy, clean, modern, comfortable, with everything you need for a stay. I'm from the countryside, I loved the 22nd floor, incredible view of a big city with planes passing through the sky all the time. We love the experience. Gratitude. I would return whenever necessary, as the view is so incredible.

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

Felipe gave us very complete and organized instructions from the moment we made the reservation. During the stay, he and Elton were very helpful and responded to messages super fast - they even lent us a coffee filter and flour that we forgot to bring hahaha The house is wonderful, very well maintained and clean - super well-equipped kitchen and plenty of blankets for the cold days we faced. The garden is impeccable, all well thought out and planned for moments of rest and contemplation. The waterfall near the house is also wonderful and easily accessible. We had a blast lighting the fire Elton prepared for us! Finally, the house dogs, who kept our Caramela company every day, were very docile and pleasant. Our home experience was amazing. The house is an annex to the hosts' house, but we had a lot of privacy. Sérgio was very helpful and made us feel at ease. We arrived at dawn and had no problems with it. We were greeted with treats (wine, dulce de leche, cheese bread and a basket with towels and bathrobes.) The pool was extremely cold due to the rain, but we made the most of the hydro, which heats up to 40 degrees. There is a waterfall with a trail 10 minutes from the residence, a fee of 10 reais is paid for visitation and you can enjoy an incredible trail along the banks of the waterfalls. In short, everything was wonderful. The accommodation is worth every cent.

Agnes was an excellent host, she welcomed us very well. An excellent place to spend the days with the family, with your pets. By the way, they loved it too. Hi, I would like to thank Prisciely for our stay. We stayed for a short time, but the quick return and your attention were very important. Very well-kept apartment, with a lot of care, well-equipped, modern, very clean, affectionate messages and very pleasant. The simple condominium in a building with several blocks and stairs but great access by app that we requested, especially for those who would like to stay near the airport. Only when we left, we were more attentive because there is no doorman and we were outside waiting for Uber and we did not know the area but Uber arrived soon.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
