Monthly Rentals in Atocha, Arganzuela

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for a month and a half, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment is beautiful, stylish, and perfectly equipped for a long stay. Every detail — from the furniture to the kitchen gadgets — was carefully chosen and of great quality, which made everything feel extra comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was the weekly cleaning — it honestly felt like staying in a boutique hotel. Everything was always fresh, clean, and taken care of with real attention to detail. The neighborhood is also amazing: peaceful, safe, and super convenient. There are great laundromats, supermarkets, and local shops within walking distance. I highly recommend renting a bike with Bicimad — riding along the river all the way to the Royal Palace was one of my favorite things to do, especially with the gorgeous weather. Apartment is top floor (4th floor) and with 30+? Other apartments around a narrow courtyard it was surprisingly quiet. Well equipped with new large fridge, washing machine - all modern. Good natural light. (Personally mattress was too soft and pillows too hard but that’s just me). Andres was friendly, helpful and welcoming - and patient as flight was an hour late. Loved, loved Madrid and this was a top notch, warm small home. Thanks!!
