Regarding to accommodation fee; We charge 4,000 ¥ a night per adult from 2023. Example if you stay with your 2 friends, You pay 4,000 ¥x 3=12,000¥. and free of charge for infant under 2 years old. ( We apply 3,000 yen for one adult who already booked ) Due to increase of costs additional charge: for breakfast is 500¥ per person and 1,500¥ for dinner per @erson. This meal charge is accepted only cash payment. Room is open space and two beds in 1st floor and 6 in 2nd floor.

This is reserved Villa which is located at Sapporo city center and at useful area. There are many apartments and hotels around this area but few high-class villas. You can enjoy comfortable and luxurious moments during your stay at this villa like staying at villa on highlands even you are in the Sapporo city center. It is safe and quiet even it takes only 3 min to downtown. It takes 1 min from subway station. Please fully enjoy Sapporo with this villa.

There are more than 10 kinds of good quality tea leaves in the kitchen. Nespresso coffee and machine as well. In the early morning, You probably can see wild animals ( mostly deers ) from the window. * Outdoor BBQ is not allowed.
