Holiday rentals with beach access in Attica

I absolutely loved my stay. I was greeted with so much warmth and kindness by Vangelis who showed Nina’s home thoroughly to me and introduced Poros as an island. Nina’s home felt cozy and comfortable from the get go. I loved reading my book and overlooking the view from the balcony and having many restaurants at an arms reach. The hosts remained communicative all throughout my stay and helped me whenever I had some travel-related questions. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Poros.

Wonderful place – very pretty, charming, clean, easily accessible and conveniently located on the harbor. The view of the harbor from the room is super cute. The owners are also lovely – I couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you again!

Sophie proactively told us we could leave after the checkout time on our last day. This was very helpful as the ferry did not leave until 130. Sophie also sent someone to meet us at the ferry and guide us to the house, which is very close to the waterfront. The house has a pleasant patio and friendly well fed cats. The kitchen was well stocked and included an espresso maker and espresso packets. Overall, well appointed accommodations in an excellent location with a great host.

Ev resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi, Temiz ve her ihtiyacinizi karşılayacak esyalar mevcuttu. Atina merkezine tranvay ve metro ile kolaylıkla gidebilirsiniz. Tranvay durağına yakın bir konumda. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Samimi ve yardım sever bir ev sahibi. Atinada konaklamayi düşünüyorsanız ailenizle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. L’appartement à Hydra était très joli et typique de l’endroit,avec ses beaux murs de pierre. La vue de la fenêtre de l’appartement est spectaculaire. Le lit était très confortable et avait de la jolie literie. La cuisine et la salle de bain étaient fonctionnels et très propre. L’hôte réagit rapidement quand on lui envoie un message. J’ai eu un peu de difficulté à trouver l’endroit malgré les photos mais il faut comprendre que Hydra est composé de beaucoup de petites rues et d’escalier qui sont un peu surprenant la première fois. Mais des qu’on a réussi à se rendre,après,on comprend mieux comment les ruelles sont orientées. J’ai même trouvé de chemins alternatifs. En résumé,c’est un endroit exceptionnel que je recommanderai sans hésiter. Je vous remercie,Semeli. Je me souviendrai longtemps de mon séjour à Hydra.

We would not have been able to navigate the location, building, and process without the detailed and helpful instructions! We immediately fell in love with this neighborhood! The apartment was private and clean, and thank goodness for the AC. Some days, we would cool off in the apartment before venturing out again! Very nice place and great host! Thank you!

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

Deze locatie was in alle opzichten geweldig en vinden we de allerbeste locatie die we tot nu toe tijdens drie Griekse vakanties hebben meegemaakt. Locatie, ruimte, voorzieningen in huis, communicatie etc. waren top. Daarnaast blonken Sofia, haar man en dochter Argiro uit in hun attentie naar ons in een goede balans met respect voor onze privacy.

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Beautiful house with incredible view and wonderful hostess

Was soll ich sagen? Der Kontakt zu Ileana war von Anfang an wohlwollend und super herzlich. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt mit ihr. Sie hat im Vorfeld schon Reisempfehlungen geschickt und ständig gefragt, ob sie irgendwie behilflich sein kann. Ich habe alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden im Haus. Und es war wirklich alles nach meinem Geschmack. So ähnlich würde ich auch leben. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt dort. Durch die doch stärker als gedacht befahrene Straße war es manchmal ein wenig lauter durch den Verkehr. Das habe ich aber nicht als extrem störend wahrgenommen, aber es ist mir aufgefallen, wahrscheinlich weil ich in der totalen Ruhe lebe. Ileana, ich würde wiederkommen. Danke für dieses bezaubernde Haus und Dich...

It’s hard to decide which is nicer: the apartment, the sea views or the owners. All are excellent. We were staggered at how lavishly Artemis had laid on groceries for us for when we arrived. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed. The AC units in every room work really well, and the netting on the windows kept unwanted bugs to a minimum. The pool is kept spotlessly clean as a matter of honour and (warranted) pride by Illyrios. The showers in the bathrooms are powerful and have plenty of hot water. The fridge-freezer is spacious and works well, as do the other quality appliances such as washing machine, kettle and microwave. The views are soothing and the area quiet. The hosts live downstairs and are very respectful of guests’ privacy whilst at the same time being available to give help or any extras you might want in the kitchen. The beds are comfy and the linen spotless. Location is great if you have a car. Don’t give it a second thought: just come!

We had a wonderful vacation with Artemis and Stefanos. The house was great, very clean and everything you could wish for was on site. The pool was amazing, the garden was very well maintained and the panoramic view was magnificent... it was a paradisiacal place. You can make wonderful excursions from here (e.g. Poros, Idra, Spetses, Korinth, the volcano on Methana, Nafplios, the theater of Epidauros, mountain villages like Stemnitsa and Demitsani and much more) but there are also wonderful beaches and restaurants on site. The best is saved for last: Artemis and Stefanos were the best hosts you can imagine. They provided us with lots of ideas for excursions, they were always attentive and fulfilled requests immediately but were never supervising or checking up on us. They were like invisible fairies. We got freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, great homemade jams (some of which we were allowed to take home with us) you felt like you were on vacation with your grandparents.

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

Me and my friend loved our week here. Before we had even arrived Anna was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, she helped bus a taxi from the airport straight to the airport (and the same when we were travelling home), and even let us access the apartment earlier than 3pm to drop bags off! Artemida is a lovely location, beautiful beaches and great restaurants just on the doorstep. There’s little convenience stores round the corner, or a My Marker (a bigger supermarket) only 10 minutes walk away, which we found had everything we needed when getting some food in for our stay. The apartment is also above a cafe and a pharmacy. We loved having both balconies to enjoy the sea and watch the sun set/rise. The public transport is easy to navigate too, we had a day in Athens by getting the bus and the train! Overall, a lovely mix of city and sea and by the end of the week we wished we had more time :)

Point fort : confort, logement propre, calme, bien placé. Merci à notre hôte pour ces petites attentions sur des produits pour le petit déjeuner, c’est très appréciable !

Pekné ubytovanie, asi 15 min. Autom od letiska, Vangelis bol veľmi milý a odviezol nás ráno na letisko, takisto poradil akými spojmi sa dostať na apartmán, ďakujeme krásne😍

Nicely updated unit with a large balcony and plenty of room for 3-4 people for a night or two. The area is bit out of the way, and the building isn’t as nice as the unit itself. But Angela and Akis are friendly, responsive hosts - we had no issues!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

Marilena est une personne soucieuse de ses voyageurs. Elle met tout en oeuvre pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. Tant dans la communication, les recommandations et la prestation qu'elle offre. Merci aussi aux habitants de nous avoir accueilli toujours avec le sourire. Nous avons pu faire tout ce que l'on souhaitait ( marche, plage, visite d'Athenes, plaisir gustatif, baignade, bain de soleil..).
