The highlight of the stay is that the apartment is near well-known places like Zell am See and Salzburg, famous for skiing or one can drive to the famous waterfalls of Krimml or Großglocknerstrasse. Sports like rafting, mountain biking, and hiking can be done in this area. There are 3 sunny and airy bedrooms on the first floor that boast a dazzling view of the nearby mountains and meadows. The first floor also has a living area equipped with comfortable sofas, TV and free wifi. The open modular kitchen and a dining area is perfect to have a meal together. A spacious stube is located on the ground floor, where one can and potentially other guests can dine. The restaurants and public transports are just at a distance of 200 m from the apartment. Salzburg Airport is the nearest airport. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

The Austrian mountains surrounding us make it perfect for hiking, biking, skiing or just exploring the area and relaxing by the lake. The apartment says 3 people, however, we recommend only 2 adults plus 1 child up to the age of 12.
