It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large windows take advantage of the stunning countryside views and spectacular sunrises. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

Detached house located in the South Charente near Aubeterre Sur Dronne, a tourist village, a short walk to the Dordogne. Crossed by the river "La Dronne", the place is very pleasant and wooded. The accommodation is quiet and functional. It consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. Outside, a terrace and the unfenced lawn await you to relax on deckchairs. Garden furniture and an electric barbecue are at your disposal.
