You are in the center of Auckland, a minute or two from the theater district, comedy clubs, restaurants and cafes. You are on NZ's number one street and just a short stroll from all points of interest. If its time to work a study and desk awaits with unlimited fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Onsite garage is on request, additional fee for use My apartment is new and has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable, while also being stylish and modern. The furniture has all been lovingly chosen including beautiful works of art from local New Zealand artists. This is one of the few apartments in the building that has a private balcony, is spacious,and looks out to fantastic views of Auckland CBD, including the iconic Skytower. There is a 55" Samsung Smart TV, internet connected so you can use your own Netflix account. The kitchen has a microwave, Nespresso machine, a juicer, an electric stove, kettle, fridge, toaster, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Coffee and tea complimentary. There are two large and comfortable bedrooms - both have large sized beds with 5-Star hotel quality linens. Both bedrooms have direct access to their own en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate study room with desk, chair and storage. A great place to put your luggage. Guests will have full private access to the apartment, and have shared access to the indoor heated swimming pool and gym. I will give my guests privacy but am available 24/7 if you need any assistance. Located on Queen Street in the heart of the Central Business District, Sky City and The Civic are just minutes away. Stroll up to funky Karangahape Road and fashionable Ponsonby Road, while theatre, comedy, restaurants, and cafes are all close too. There are two parks minutes away and the coziest little French Bistro along with an array of Asian foodie restos almost outside the main entrance. The airport bus stops a few minutes walk away, the apartment is located so centrally that you can get everywhere by walking, however there is also excellent public transport you can use if you want to explore Auckland. Stanmore Bay lush garden with pool, close to beach

You will be relaxed in this family friendly apartment, it's a close walk to Stanmore Bay beach and set in lush tropical gardens with a lovely outdoor table. Enjoy the pool in summer. If you are travelling with children, seperate beds are available. The beach is a white sandy beach with pohutakawa's & clear water, just three minutes walk from the house. The apartment is very private and you have your own entrance and car parking. We have gorgeous cafe's and restaurants close by in Orewa.

Quiet rural setting overlooking the Mahurangi River ,Te Kapa inlet and farmland .Lots of native bush and wild bird life . Matakana area has wineries ,restaurants ,art galleries ,beaches ,regional parks and a farmers market . As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . Suitable for wheelchair users . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.

This place was in a perfect location for us. Our daughter was going to a concert at Spark Area so it was the best place for that. Also handy to walk into the city center. And the parking was very good to have. Will note that we do have a lifted 4x4 that just fitted under the entrance gate, but as we were high off the ground the sensor for the second level lights wouldn't work. Other than that it was great.

We had a beautiful stay, such a cozy little place to stay which accommodated for our family of 4 adults, 3 kids. The kids loved the spa and the pull out beds in the lounge, this also brought back memories of our childhood when we slept in the lounge when our cousins visited. Jill came out to greet us when we arrived and took us for a tour around the house, her son also made himself known and introduced himself to us and let us know to contact him if we needed anything. Lovely hosts!

Jill is exceptionally friendly! It was much better than I imagined—very warm and cozy. The bathroom is spacious, and although the windows don’t have curtains, it’s completely private! The balcony is also amazing. Unfortunately, it rained a lot during my stay, so I didn’t get to see the sunrise mentioned in the reviews (maybe the timing was off). But at night, there were stars—absolutely beautiful!!!!

Chethan and his wife were friendly hosts. Their two young children were very cute and I enjoyed the little chats of engagement. They are a credit to their parents. They were well behaved and I had peaceful night's sleep. The Aircon in the room was very quiet and I appreciated having it available. The bed was comfortable and I was given alot of privacy for what I needed. I had ease of coming and going when I needed and parking right by the house which was appreciated. The communication went well between us and overall it was a win/win for us both. Thankyou, Leilani
