A studio is attached to the house, it includes a bedroom, a mezzanine and a second fully equipped kitchen as well as a third bathroom. The 8 m by 4 m swimming pool is L-shaped, facing an outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a grill area, a plancha and a large table where it is possible to eat up to 10 or 12 people. A second shaded terrace includes another table and an inflatable jacuzzi. possibility to park more than three vehicles on the land enclosed by an electric gate.
