Beautiful 200 m2 villa located 15 min from the sea, 30 min from Spain, one hour from the high mountains. A superb 80 m2 living room will allow you to share beautiful moments with family or friends. This house located on a plot of 1000 m2 includes 4 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom, dressing room, TV. A second bathroom is located upstairs near the 3 children's bedrooms. A studio is attached to the house, it includes a bedroom, a mezzanine and a second fully equipped kitchen as well as a third bathroom. The 8 m by 4 m swimming pool is L-shaped, facing an outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a grill area, a plancha and a large table where it is possible to eat up to 10 or 12 people. A second shaded terrace includes another table and an inflatable jacuzzi. possibility to park more than three vehicles on the land enclosed by an electric gate. The entire house as well as the studio are air-conditioned.
