Hiking and cycling opportunities can be found right in front of the house, and it takes 20-35 minutes to get to the center of Salzburg by bus or car, depending on traffic conditions. Mehrere schöne, warme Badeseen liegen zwischen 2km und 7km entfernt. Das Ibm Moor ist ca. 5km entfernt. Das Loft verfügt über eine Küche mit Induktionsfeld, E-Herd sowie Kühlschrank. WC und Dusche sind exklusiv. Die Sauna kann gegen Nutzungsgebühr exklusiv gemietet werden.

Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

This stylish and high-quality accommodation, in a historic and lovingly renovated manor house, is perfect for family and group trips. The property is nestled in a landscape park with extensive green and wooded areas, directly on a small stream. Nature plays the leading role here. This is also reflected in the natural and sustainable management of the property. Fresh vegetables, herbs, eggs and fruit are grown in the surrounding gardens.

Apartment (attention: without a kitchen) with separate entrance in a tranquil, quiet village You have your own bathroom and a separate toilet, can share the garden and its seating and there is also the possibility to book breakfast. In the room you will find a coffee maker, fridge, small selection of dishes for all occasions and a mini oven. The dining area with two chairs can also be used as a workplace.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house as a residential unit with a bedroom/living room, mini kitchen, bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet), as well as a terrace with magnificent mountain views. My place is in the Seelentium region (Ibmer Moor and lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is good for solo travelers.
