Fantastic host for extraordinary hospitality, courtesy and communication. We were able to leave the car in a small inner courtyard, super convenient. The house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home: bath towels, detergents, coffee, sugar, etc. Very quiet place, very clean apartment. Thank you for the very welcome fresh water and the excellent sweets that we were given. Highly recommended!

This is the single best Airbnb experience we have ever had. We have stayed at Airbnbs for many years, and we are hosts ourselves, and what Cristina and her family have created is truly extraordinary. The home is beautifully appointed with everything you will need for a wonderful stay. The beds and furniture are extremely comfortable; the linens and towels are soft and brand new; the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a lovely meal; Cristina’s communication, assistance, and warm hospitality is truly remarkable. That all would be more than enough to make this a standout Airbnb, but what makes Cristina’s home such an experience is the love and wisdom and history that her mother poured into her archeological work on Buccino’s incredible history. From the Roman baptistery and marble columns visible beneath your feet, to the INCREDIBLE QR codes that allow you to see what the room you are sitting in looked like in the past, this is a home you absolutely must visit.

Staying at Castello Macchiaroli was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of our entire trip to Italy. The castle itself is breathtaking—steeped in over a thousand years of history, yet so warm and welcoming that it instantly felt like home. Gisella was a wonderful host—so kind, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. And Paola… what a gem! Her private tour through the castle was fascinating, personal, and full of charm. Exploring ancient tunnels and seeing the castle’s legacy was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Relaxing by the fireplace, surrounded by history, was nothing short of magical. We left feeling like we’d stepped inside a fairytale. If you’re looking for something truly unique and soul-stirring, this is it. We loved our stay at Giuseppe’s place! Everything in the Airbnb was perfect and we loved that there was a local beach a 2 minute walk away. The apartment was very private and in a quiet location but also a short walk to the old town. Giuseppe also gave us so many recommendations and drove us to and from the train station which was an added bonus! Highly recommend
