Organic house rural, quiet idyll near City, Parkpl.

This Organic House is the larger of the two neighboring vacation homes (both together for at least 6 people can be booked, see also "Biohaus meadow"). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city, main station and highway). It has been optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 toddler who want to enjoy the elevation above the Moselle Valley, very close to the oldest city of Trier.

Cozy apartment in Trier City (29 m2)

Near the city center in January 2021 renovated two-room apartment, about 250 meters from the PortaNigra. The apartment is on the first middle floor and accessible via stairs only. The small hallway leads into the living room with small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hob). Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar available. Bedroom: 160 x 200 cm double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking on request.

At the Kaiserthermen Trier, with garage parking space

Apartment built in 2017 in the center of Trier, residence at the Imperial Baths, top equipment , with secure underground parking. The pedestrian zone of Trier and all the sights of the city are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university can be reached in a few minutes by bus. The bus stop to the university is about 50 meters from the apartment. Perfect for city travellers, Luxembourg commuters ,long-term guests, business travellers and holidaymakers.

Live like in the Schloßallee! Merianstraße is in the immediate vicinity of the Zulaubener Ufer with its fishing cottages and a 5-minute walk to Porta Nigra. Despite this central location, Merianstr. is very quiet. The one - room - apartment is located in an annex on the 2nd floor. Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

The fully equipped apartment is located in the central city center of Trier. In three minutes you can walk in front of the Porta Nigra and thus in the central pedestrian street of the oldest city in Germany. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2019. Shopping of all kinds, bars, restaurants, museums and the train station are within walking distance. Hosting is a labor of love for us. We go out of our way to make our guests feel at home.

The atmosphere in the eastern district of Trier is familiar and scenic alternatives. The pedestrian zone with all sights, museums and shopping opportunities, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking opportunities, everything is almost at your doorstep in 10 minutes. Nearby buy, bakery, wine shop, a late-night gasoline and a burger and pizza take-away....around the corner! As well as the train station and a bus stop.
