From the "auction house", adjacent to the Beemster World Heritage Site, and the Mijzen nature reserve, you can enjoy beautiful walks and cycling. Or find peace on the water with our canoes, recommended! Our atmospheric cottage is located in the back of the garden, and is built from the old building materials from the old auction of Avenhorn. Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Wat leuk dat u geïnteresseerd bent. We geven u graag tips: Kom kijken bij de museum molen, heerlijk wandelen, fietsen, varen, vissen of rij in 30 min naar het strand. Slaapt u in de extra lange elektrische boxspring of gezellig in het stapelbed? Zelfs de bank kan uitgeklapt worden als slaapbank voor een relaxte tv avond+massagestoel. Het is altijd al onze droom geweest om een B&B te beginnen. We zijn heel dankbaar dat we dit historische pand hebben mogen kopen, opknappen en u mogen verwelkomen.

Public transportation is close by and takes you all over The Netherlands (with night bus to and from Amsterdam). This is a newly renovated, waterfront, private home with an amazing view and offers rest, nature, lots of coziness by the fireplace and plenty of activities in surrounding cities. Studio34 biedt rust, ruimte en een vrij uitzicht over de landerijen. In 2025 volledig gerenoveerd met oog voor luxe en comfort. Geniet van hazen die door het veld rennen en roofvogels die hoog boven je cirkelen. 5 minuten fietsen van het prachtig natuurgebied Egboetswater – dé plek voor wie houdt van natuur, stilte en vrijheid. Maar wie de reuring op wil zoeken zit met 15 min. in centrum Hoorn en met 40 min. in Amsterdam. Kortom een fijne plek, met privé tuin en diverse andere mogelijkheden.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.
