In the heart of the Sarthe , 15 minutes from Sablé , 25 minutes from Le Mans by motorway and 40 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche. Located in a quiet village. The accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds. There are stairs to climb to the living room/kitchen, as well as into the bedrooms. We offer you a quiet and pleasant, independent and recently restored accommodation, within our farm. You will have a living room with a 90 bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor and a large mezzanine-bedroom (1 bed 140 1 bed 90 cm). The accommodation is located in the courtyard of our manor, rebuilt at the end of the 16th century. Guests can enjoy our swimming pool (between May and September).

There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
