Nice studio on the 3rd floor in a building located in the middle of the pedestrian area of Avignon. Completely renovated, furnished and air-conditioned. Very bright. Ideal location. Located in the city center, close to Place Pie, Place St Didier and all amenities (Within walking distance: laundromat, supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, bars, etc.) Slightly steep stairs at the end (the charm of the old…) Double-glazed window and good bedding!

The accommodation is located in the hyper center, you can shop in the Carrefour City located on the ground floor of the building.
