Holiday rentals with a patio in Avon

We had a fantastic stay at Dain's condo in Avon. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and perfectly located for a ski weekend. The proximity to the gondola to Beaver Creek was fantastic. Getting around on the shuttles was a breeze. A bonus was how close the unit is to the hot tubs and heated pool. I would happily rebook Dain's place if we make our way back to Beaver Creek.

Jimmie is a great host. He responds quickly and was able to accommodate us with kitchen items; bigger pot and a can opener. The home is very clean, warm and cozy. Water pressure is simply amazing!!! We saw a family of deer just napping across the street! Highly recommend.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, great location, and hope to return!

Our month stay at Becca’s Riverwalk condo was everything we dreamed it would be. We felt right at home, a beautiful kitchen, bedrooms, baths, linens, tv’s, and the deck that looks out to the river. We loved it. Popular restaurants, grocery, and shops just steps away. Becca responded quickly to all our questions and she was super friendly and efficient. We hope to in the near future!

Excellent location and Condo. First class. Ski in and ski out. Fantastic service and response time from the host. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

It was as depicted in the listing. First floor easy access to the unit from the reserved parking spot. Plenty of storage space for ski gear/coats. Easy check in.

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

This was my second stay at Brandon’s condo near Beaver Creek/Vail, and it was just as perfect as last time. The condo has a well appointed kitchen and nicely furnished living room and bedrooms, but not overly cluttered. The entire condo is squeaky clean. I like to stay here in the warmer months because it is the perfect location to take advantage of all the area hiking and the Eagle Valley bike trail. The walkability to restaurants, shops, and grocery store is fantastic. Brandon has been a very responsive and friendly host and I would definitely stay here again.

The condo at Bel Lago was very comfortable, immaculate and well appointed. Check in was very easy and we found everything as described. Management was very responsive when I messaged with a small issue.

This home was more than we could ever ask for. We loved the location as well as all the top quality utilities, nice linens, new open kitchen and furnishings. There were extra linens and pillows if we needed them and very good quality everything, including the washer and dryer, and dishes. We really like the heated floors and the secured area and we felt right at home. The only thing that could've fit, our family better would be if one of the bedrooms downstairs had two separate beds instead of a queen. We would have loved to have had a hot tub to use, and a blender. The pots and pans are getting too worn and could be replaced, but everything else was provided that we needed. Oh and we loved loved loved the fireplace. Just a beautiful place!

Very nice place! Very quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was great. Cory even offered early check in as the circumstances allowed for it. Great accommodations and couldn’t have been easier with the instruction manuals you have at the house. Again great time, great place!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jeff's home in Edwards! The property was stunning—spacious, cozy, and perfectly set up for a family ski trip. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Jeff's dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and sharing his love for the area with us. It’s clear he genuinely wants to create a memorable experience for his guests. For the price, this location can’t be beat! We really felt like we were living in luxury for pennies on the dollar. Don’t hesitate to book before it becomes super popular and is booked out for months. Jeff and his family’s kindness and hospitality made this trip feel extra special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We’re already looking forward to coming back the next time we’re in the area. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it. Highly recommend—thank you, Jeff!

We stayed here for a spring break ski trip andnloved it! It was actually a little bigger than we expected! it was close enough to the resort that we could be skiing within minutes, but far enough away to be affordable and quiet. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The host was very proactive in communicating and check-in was seamless. We would love to stay again in the future!

We had an awesome time while staying at the house. This was our first time in Colorado and it was more than we expected and it was so beautiful with the mountains and rivers that we saw. Excellent place to stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly cozy - exactly what you would hope for in a mountain retreat! We had a great stay at the Cozy Home. The balcony was very comfy and the view of the lake/mountains was amazing! I enjoyed having my morning coffee out there. The outdoor heater was a nice touch for the chilly nights/evenings. It was also nice having the portable air conditioners, because I feel like it would have been hot without them. All in all, the condo had everything we needed and more! It was a great base location for everything we wanted to do in the area. Several restaurants and stores were just a short drive away. We look forward to returning in the future!

We are so pleased that we found this condo. It was a quick trip up to see a concert and this place did not disappoint. Rose was in communication before time ensuring we had all the necessary information, from parking, to access, parking pass...etc Their place was super clean and very comfortable. Even though we didn't use the kitchen it was very well stocked with all the tools needed to cook and provides an Air fryer.. The view of Dillon Reservoir out the window was beautiful. We sat on deck that night and watched the full moon glimmer on the water. Please don't overlook this place when looking for a place to stay in Dillon. V*B Underwood

We had agreat stay! Brandon was a wonderful host, very communicative and accommodating. Our group was two couples with two toddlers, and they provided a pack and play and sleds for the kids which we really enjoyed! He was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo is adorable and very comfortable. It was right next to a park which the kids really enjoyed. The only thing I would offer to future guests is it’s not super baby friendly for toddler age children (with the spiral staircase and open railing upstairs), but overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again!

What a great place to stay for a quick little staycation. we were happy to find out that that condo was in the center of the village and made cruising around and grabbing a bite to eat all that much easier. The condo was better than expected with everything we could have wanted. it was like our own personal apartment for the weekend. We will definitely try and stay here again next time we are in Keystone. Thanks for such a great experience.
