It is strategically located to reach every destination in the upper Susa Valley. It is 10 minutes from Sauze d'Oulx, 15 minutes from Bardonecchia, and 20 minutes from Montgenèvre.

In Winter, opt for a Sunday to Sunday rental to avoid traffic jams and improve your welcome. Full week booking during school holidays.

Welcome to "Aux rêves de cimes." Located in Maurienne, in the village of Orelle, at the foot of the 3 Vallées ski area (the largest ski area in Europe with 600 km of slopes), this comfortable and cozy apartment for 1 to 4 people is situated in a 3-star residence that offers access to the wellness area: heated indoor swimming pool, spa, and jacuzzi (summer: July-August; winter: December to early May; managed by the residence).

The apartment is in Aussois. You will have a view of the 2 beginner ski lifts and will be 20 meters away. It is located on the top floor with elevator (5th) so no noise. The apartment is a 2P + mountain corner: - On the 1st floor: kitchen + dining/living room with new 140 cm sofa bed + balcony - On the 2nd floor: bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom with 140 cm bed and mountain corner with bunk beds The Village is 150 m away.

Perfect for the winter season, with skis on your feet, and for the summer season, with sunbathing and perfect breathtaking exposure.

Very nice furnished apartment in Modane.

I offer a very nice refurbished apartment for 4 to 5 people. A shuttle is a 2-minute walk from the property to reach the various ski resorts near the latter. The apartment is located in the city center of Modane in a very quiet area. It is also located on the ground floor of a house with a courtyard. Nearby you have a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a supermarket but also within a 10-15 minute walk, the train station.

Croé Cabouet Studio

Located in Aussois, a small Savoyard village in the heart of Vanoise. Completely renovated in 2015, Croé-Cabouet is a cozy studio with an unobstructed view, perfect for recharging or meeting as a couple on skis! Unfortunately, I am unable to provide sheets and linens and I do not wish to accommodate people working near or far on the unnecessary, ecocidal and overpriced Lyon-Turin construction site.

Chalet Clotes for a ski in ski out experience

Delightful apartment in a chalet located at the arrival of the Clotes chairlift, above Sauze d'Oulx at 1800mt. On a very beautiful plateau where there are bars and restaurants and where some ski schools gather before departure. The main chairlift to the top of the mountains starts from here. A fantastic starting point for your adventures on the 400 km Via Lattea area up to Montgenevre in France.
