Holiday rentals with a patio in Awatere Valley

Great apartment. Very nicely renovated. Excellent facilities .. especially the kitchen. No TV though. Very happy. Would definitely stay here again

A really nice place to stay. Was tidy and had everything we needed. An extra nice touch was having the heat pump going for us when we arrived as it was a chilly day! The location was great, could walk everywhere very easily. Rose was a wonderful host. We’d love to come back.

Poppy’s was a great spot to stay during our trip! Great location, right across from the beach and a short walk to most places. Room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay! Would stay again!!

A lovely new apartment two minutes walk from the seafront and ten minutes walk from the main shopping area, with a wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. We had a very nice couple of nights there. Everything was as described. Caitlin was very easy to communicate with and she was very flexible with us as we changed our plans at the last minute, which we really appreciated. Definitely a great place to stay in the middle of Kaikoura. The only small negative was having to take our own trash and recycling to the collection centre when we departed. The centre is out of town, and we had to pay to drop it off there. Thought this is something that the cleaner could have taken care of and it delayed our departure, having to go and find it. Other than that, a great stay.

Of all the places I have stayed this one might be the nicest. Absolutely beautifully decorated with every amenity you could want. The beds were really comfortable with little extras like electric bed warmers and a heater in the bathroom. It was quiet with a spectacular view of the ocean. This is a special place.

Had wonderful stay for one night. Tristan welcomed us and helped us with our luagge. Would definitely come back

Lovely (if short) stay at Caroline's. Such a beautiful peaceful spot and the apartment was very clean with gorgeous decor. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Captain Luigi’s was excellent. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is perfect - just a short walk to town, the beach, and all the main attractions. My daughter loved the big backyard, and I appreciated how well-equipped and newly renovated everything was. It made a great base for exploring Kaikōura. Would definitely recommend!

Such an amazing stay. Wonderful things of note: swimming hole in the river, beautiful surroundings, giant bath, amazing stars, cosy fires, really cosy beds and kind and friendly hosts. Thoroughly recommend 😊

Great wee place to stay, nice and warm with the heaters going and to top it off we woke up with snow!! Which was definitely exciting I would say we will be back

We had a lovely stay at Carla’s cottage. It is so homely and has all the amenities you could need. The kitchen is well stocked if you wish to cook at home or it’s a short walk to the Main Street where there are a number of restaurants to choose from. The fireplace keeps you cosy while enjoying the beautiful mountain views. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hanmer Springs!

Tania’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! It looked exactly like the photos, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the home. The special Mother’s Day card was such a lovely touch, and the decor was beautifully curated, perfectly complementing the overall theme of the house. Our friends and I had a fantastic time and felt so comfortable and welcomed, we would definitely love to return for our next stay. I have e to say that this house was decorated and equipped very thoughtfully and obviously with a lot of love. There was nothing missing. There was even an air condition! What a well done place. On top of that the house is in walking distance to shops and restaurants in town. Definitely worth the money. Thank you Adrian for having me as a guest.
