Everything was wonderful. We landed early and Rachel was able to get us checked in a little early. Directions were clear and check-in was simple. There is a bus stop just down the street which made getting into town really easy. There are also grocery stores within a 10 minute walk (or 2 bus stops). We travelled around the country quite a bit but used the house as a home base. It worked out really well for us. Would stay again for sure.

I absolutely love this beautiful Edwardian flat -- the pictures don't do it justice. I instantly felt at home and this flat will be my home away from home when I visit London. The tub is to die for. The neighborhood is lovely and it is so close to both buses and a train station. The host Gemma is exceptional. So responsive and helpful. I could not have hoped for a more pleasant experience.

Stunning place! The location was perfect for exploring notting hill and west London in general! The common space is beautiful and has so much natural light. The patio was perfect for fresh air. 10/10 experience!

Having just had a year of major surgeries this was exactly what I needed to aid my recovery. The location is perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay. The open land at the back of the property was great for the dog and I even managed a few short walks thanks to the thoughtful management of the area. We saw plenty of wildlife and heard lots of bird song. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

This was an absolutely beautiful cottage that far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful throughout and the location was gorgeous and so quiet and relaxing. My personal favourite thing was the piano. It sounded absolutely beautiful and I didn't want to leave it. Fantastic addition. I'd recommend future guests check out the outside seating area (where there's also a trampoline!) as the garden area is beautiful. Overall an absolutely beautiful stay and I'd love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Kim was an excellent host, the gift under the Xmas tree for my son was a lovely touch in particular. The place itself is in a really handy spot and was perfect for what we needed it for.

It was a pleasure to meet Yasar and stay in his apartment. It was as described and was well situated for our three days watching cricket at Lords, it is in a lovely area. Yasar was a great host, he met us at check in and gave us a comprehensive tour of the apartment. Overall a very satisfying stay, we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. Beautiful home, perfect place to stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. Claire Marie was very welcoming, made us feel at home. Went out of her way to ask if we needed anything. Great location close to cafes, supermarket and 10 min walk to Fulham train station so very handy for London vacation.

Fantastic stay, in a beautiful and calm part of London. The apartment was perfect for us, ideally located to Hampstead tube, a perfect base to get into the more central parts of London, with a whole host of different restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in the area. Riona was a great host, already planning our next visit.
