The annexe provides light, spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation close to the centre of the historic market town of Aylsham, midway between Norwich & Cromer. There are pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Walkers & cyclists have easy access to the Weavers' Way, Rebellion Way and Marriott Way, while the beautiful Norfolk coast and Broads are within 30 minutes' drive and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are very close by.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

Entering through a utility/boot room into the kitchen/diner, a glazed door and step leads into the sitting room with a large feature fireplace, wood burner and a further glazed door on to a paved terrace, overlooking your secluded lawned garden.

Located on the edge of Aylsham, a historic medieval market town just nine miles north of Norwich, it's also conveniently only a 15-20 minute drive to the North Norfolk Coast. A natural haven is set down a long track and within the beautiful Broadland district (home to the Norfolk Broads and its wonderful wildlife), yet only a short drive/bus ride from the historic, cathedral city of Norwich, easy access to the outstanding North Norfolk Coast.
