It is centrally located on the minibus line to Sarımsaklı and Cunda. You can stay with your loved ones in our spacious, clean, tidy 3+1 apartment with parking and a large balcony overlooking the sea. It is a booster apartment, not affected by the year-round water outage in Ayvalık. There is no Wi-Fi.

Located 200 meters from the beach in Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, our apartment has Wi-Fi in the city center. Many items in the house are zero. Inverter air conditioning is situated on the 3rd floor of the 4-story building. There is no water problem, there is a booster. There is hot water constantly. All rooms of the house are spacious and spacious. There is 1 balcony. There is no elevator. 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Our house with a view of the Kaz Mountains is suitable for summer and winter accommodation, there is a central heating system, air conditioning, a workspace, wifi, two closed glass balconies, 1 open balcony, electric shutters and mosquito nets, there are 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms receive light and sea views. Upon request, a parking baby bed and a pull-out single bed are provided. It is 450 meters away from the famous İğdeli beach, but close to all other beaches.
