Ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC. Middle floor: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bathroom, WC. Upper floor: terrace with magnificent sea view, seating area, 1 double bed and armchair. There are lemon and olive trees in the garden. Cleanliness is very important. You can drive to the front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.

Our house is located in the historical settlement area of Ayvalık and in the Macaron region, one of the most active spots. Sahil Street, Barbaros Street, 13 Nisan Street, Ayvalık Square and Bazaar, Antikacılar Street, cafes, bars and taverns and historical places to see are within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a small garden, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, and the double room has air conditioning.
