Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. Welcome to Zialzeta, a 17th century farmhouse divided into 3 independent lodgings. This is one of them, facing southeast. It consists of a ground floor with a garden, porch, kitchen-dining room open to the living room, and a small toilet. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with shower, and 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of which leads to the farmhouse, but the main access is through the ground floor.
