Surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognized resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen/living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. Mis ook de kans niet om het McArthurGlen Outlet in Roermond te bezoeken of bezoek Germany in slechts 15 minuten rijden.

Op de loft kunnen nog eens 2 personen slapen (stahoogte +/- 165 cm). De woonkamer, met houtkachel, vormt het hart van het vakantiehuis. Modern comfort met vaatwasser, airconditioning, luxe ingerichte keuken en badkamer. Tegen een vergoeding (50 euro per verblijf) kunt u gebruik maken van de hot tub (eigen gebruik).

Cottage de kleine Berckt has 2 bedrooms, of which 1 bedroom is an open bed with a mattress size of 140 x 200 and is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
