There is a living-dining area with TV and complete kitchen. Furthermore, 3 cozy bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet.

Walking distance to cozy downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, shops and wedding venue Buitenplaats Sparrendaal. 3-minute walk to nearest supermarket. You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

A complete house near the Soesterduinen, ideal for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding in nature. Inside, you can enjoy a piano, gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom on the 2nd floor has an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with bunk bed and/or double bed. Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Fully independent and detached living space in the greenery of the village and yet only 15 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by bus from the city of Utrecht. The 19th century barn has been completely restored in 2023 to the living comfort of today while preserving all the original and authentic features. The house consists of a continuous living space with kitchen and sleeping loft, bathroom and separate toilet.

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
