Features: - kitchen (and Nespresso) - bath, shower, washing machine, bed 200X160cm. The neighbourhood retains 'local' charm, travel to the centre is easy and there's a cool Vietnamese store next door.

The cottage is located in the Josef Lady region, approximately 20 km east of Prague in the village of Louňovice , near the town of Říčany. The environment is ideal for an active and relaxing holiday. The neighborhood offers great conditions for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The place is very quiet, ideal for mushroom pickers and fishermen. The advantage is also the proximity to the capital of Prague.

There is no kitchen, only kettle and mini fridge and some dishes for breakfast and snack. Appartment is opposite to the beautiful largest forest in the Prague.
