Holiday rentals in Babindub

We had a great stay at Ivan’s apartment in Zadar. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having on-site car parking was also a big plus. Ivan was an excellent host—very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. He provided great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really enhanced our experience! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

Lovely location - right on the beach & lovely flat. Addition of a key safe would be great (but the host was incredibly accommodating to our late / delayed arrival)

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Eine ganz tolle Wohnung und unglaublich nette Gastgeber! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist wirklich ein Highlight! Die Wohnung hat auch eine gute Lage. Wir wurden mit Mandarinen aus dem Garten versorgt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Allen waren sehr aufmerksam und nett. Sehr zu empfehlen

Simply amazing if you're looking for a nice and quiet place away from the crowd. Review is based on 2 persons that mostly walked to our destinations and used uber for everything else. Airport - 15min away by car Big cities - 15min away by car At least 3 supermarket's within a 3 to 5 minute walk from the house that have everything you need. Lot's of restaurants within a 10 minute walk as well as beaches. We've visited two beaches and could not believe how much space there was available. The beaches nearby the house will have very small to medium size rocks, so no sand sticking to your feet. We've used swimming shoes and I would highly recommend them. The host's are lovely, kind and welcoming people. The house was super clean when we arrived and they cherish your privacy very much, while also checking each day if you have everything that you need and if everything is okay. So if you want to escape the crowd and recharge your battery at the sea in peace, this is it.

Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, blitzsauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts. Besonders ins Herz geschlossen haben wir den wunderschönen Pool, den wir von früh bis spät genießen konnten. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies und strahlt Ruhe und Harmonie aus. Man spürt überall, wie viel Herzblut in dieser Unterkunft steckt. Auch die Umgebung ist traumhaft – ideal für Ausflüge, Entdeckungen und zum Abschalten. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Bozena schaffte mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und Sorgfalt einen Ort, an den man nur allzu gern zurückkehrt. Wir sagen von Herzen Danke für diese unvergessliche Zeit – und kommen ganz sicher wieder!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!
