Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

The main disadvantages for me: - The photo with the table is from another apartment. Overall, the table and chair are identical, but this apartment has much less light. - The apartment the dark with one small window. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice this when booking. - There are closed doors to the backyard with poor soundproofing; overall, it’s not noisy, but condensation drips from the air conditioner and noises near the trash bins may disturb you. - There is a huge ventilation hole above the bathroom door, there is no soundproofing. Despite the above, there are many positives: - Great location right in the center of the tourist area, with many wonderful restaurants nearby. - The manager is very customer-oriented and tries to make the stay as comfortable as possible, including purchasing and delivering some small items for a more pleasant stay. - Convenient code lock for access to the building. - Comfortable shower cabin.

It's a clean and pretty accommodation just like the photos. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to Mike Beach, and there are convenient facilities such as cafes, massage shops, and marts on the way. Above all, I was grateful that you contacted me first to see if there were any inconveniences and that communication was fast. I had a good stay.

It was so nice to be able to communicate in Korean, and I was touched by the quick response. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they took care of my luggage, so I was able to eat comfortably nearby. The swimming pool is the right size to play with children, and it is equipped with a washer and dryer, so you can wash your clothes, and there are many local restaurants and cafes a little further away. It's an alley that takes less than 5 minutes on foot, so it wasn't noisy and it was so nice. I would like to stay at this villa again the next time I visit Da Nang. I took a walk at night and went to My Khe Beach. We were so happy to be able to spend our family's pleasant trip to Da Nang with your villa.
