This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. A spacious barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Oak Barn Norfolk is a sympathetically, newly converted, barn in the village of Tunstead. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.

Detached Barn, Pet Friendly, Mundesley

Dragonfly Barn is located just outside the seaside village of Mundesley. It is surrounded by farmland, and is just over a mile from the sandy beach at Mundesley. The village has a variety of shops, cafes, a hotel and a pub. Mundesley is a great location for exploring Norwich and the Broads to the south, and the seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham to the west. For anyone interested in wildlife deer and hares can often be seen in the fields opposite the barn.

Coach House

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
