The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

Apartment with great location. Bons restaurants nearby. Very good for those who have difficulty getting around because of the proximity in the center of Guarapari. The photos correspond to the location. Every Friday there is live music in the square in front of the building being possible to watch even the balcony. The chestnut beaches, boyfriends, virtues and black sand very close in a radius of 1 km. It was very worth it. I highly recommend!!! We will return soon. Luciano was an excellent Host. Very kind and helpful!!!

The Host from the beginning always very attentive super polite attentive ,responds quickly the apt is a super clean wonder we feel nothing we feel at home is very close to the beach of 2 bakeries supermarkets restaurants to make everything on foot super safe the garage is very spacious fits a truck,finally perfect place for those who want to relax and rest near the beach .

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to enter before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that it is about safety. Would recommend to others.

It was very good, Mr. Ricardo very attentive and did not measure effort to help! Even though there was no garage, it left me to put the bike inside the place because there was a little space for the bike! I liked it a lot and would rent it back with him easily! And it's what I was really looking for, a place to sleep even because my focus was to stay all day out and the place served me too much!

Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the hosted group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

Your Ziro is extremely polite, responsible and communicative. Township took my doubts, helped everything I could, and it's very nice. Over the house, clean, smelling too much, all organized. It is a large and very airy house and the fact that it is at the top of where he lives does not get in the way of anything, there is a lot of privacy. It's near gorgeous beaches that aren't super crowded. There are no comments that define full quality. Super recommend and want to come back!!!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Very airy and safe house.

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with a set of bed and bath, clean and new. Large and comfortable bathrooms, with hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which greatly facilitated our tours. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

What a delight of home!! No doubt the best I've ever stayed in Guarapari! Near everything, it does everything on foot, the beach downstairs and in the best spots! No doubt a great location!! The house and like this one in the photos, the bathrooms and large bedrooms, has everything you need utensils, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, and not to mention the charm of the pool!! Pollyana a super good person and his mae Doris q has received us too!! We will definitely return!!

We loved staying at Phelipe's house. We went with our Golden Retriever and were very well received. We will return at other times.

Very polite and attentive host, we received very well, and provided all the support we need. The location is great, it is very close to the beach and the shows. And the house is cozy and quiet, I really felt at home. I will no doubt go again.

I really liked the stay, the house was clean when I arrived, the check in was in a great time and very simple, the house is very cozy, the condominium is wonderful, there is barbecue area, swimming pools, soccer field, block, mini market, mini library, sauna, space to do exercises, restaurant, playground for children, an amazing lake, very quiet environment with 24-hour monitoring, very close to the beaches, it was great, the checkout was very simple too, for sure I will be back. Priscila answered me quickly, it was all easy for me. The only point I didn't like was the single mattresses, they were smelly, I had to sleep on the sofa bed, but otherwise no complaints.

The apartment is beautiful, one of the best spaces I've ever rented. Fully equipped apartment. A sensational balcony. I don't think I'll stay in another apartment in Guarapari other than this one. Excellent location. WONDERFUL. I would come back again and again.

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.
