For the second time in this same wonderful home where I feel at home, great location with a wonderful view, several restaurant options that are right next door, the building offers several amenities as well, grocery store, restaurant, gym, cafeteria, in the apartment everything is clean and fragrant, bed linen, towels, everything impeccable, and Lara is always available, I highly recommend it

very nice place, clean, complete, organized, easy access, only the garage is very tight, low cars are difficult to access, the bottom gets in and out or truck does not enter because it is low in height, but there is a parking lot next to it, in front of the americanas that is very top and safe. super i recommend it

Apartment with great location. Bons restaurants nearby. Very good for those who have difficulty getting around because of the proximity in the center of Guarapari. The photos correspond to the location. Every Friday there is live music in the square in front of the building being possible to watch even the balcony. The chestnut beaches, boyfriends, virtues and black sand very close in a radius of 1 km. It was very worth it. I highly recommend!!! We will return soon. Luciano was an excellent Host. Guys, what a fantastic house. We fell in love. Everything was perfect. From the dish towel to the pool. A luxury. I recommend it and recommend it. To come to this house you don't need to bring anything but food. IT HAS EVERYTHING, detergent, salt, oil, soap... wow, a delight. 1000 points. Not to mention the extremely kind host. We arrived in the morning, the access really is more complicated, but we were already prepared and Fabio instructed us very well. Some things that say they are available here in the ad, like salt, sugar, oil… are not, but he warned us before! Very well-structured house, extremely cozy rooms and rooms. We get very comfortable, we love the view, it really is impeccable! We would definitely be back next time.
