We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The accommodation was spectacular, I would say that the photos do not do justice to what the place and the neighborhood really are, since it was wonderful. Despite being a little remote from everything, it helped us to be calm, relax and from there go out to our visiting destinations. I would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect: very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal and quiet. Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and helpful. Even with a small misunderstanding, they reacted very courteously. That's what you want as a guest! Overall, absolutely recommended and definitely worth every cent. We will be happy to come back!

Simones Place was super tidy and clean, everything was as described. Communication was super quick and easy. I would come back and totally recommend the place if you need something in the Bruckmühl area.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful, definitely a 1000/10 recommend!!! Markus is the sweetest person ever and you definitely feel at home. He gave us some recommendations outside of the activities we had planned. It’s good enough distance from Oktoberfest, I will definitely be booking again next year!

Wow, Unfortunately, we were only on site for a trade fair and could not use any of what the apartment has. Check in easily by key box. Great kitchen fully equipped (unfortunately my mocha pot did not work / induction), cozy living room with huge TV, plenty of space. We then used the comfortable beds (not too soft + not too hard) in the two bedrooms, the balcony and the open shower. The location is great - in the green, very quiet and yet very close to the brewery :-) Sonja - thank you for this recommendation - we were there every day - and I took the rest of the Kaiserschmarrn with me. I'd be happy to come back anytime - absolute recommendation.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and cozy apartment. It is well equipped and lovingly decorated, in addition to the beautiful view from the balcony to Lake Tegernsee . Lake, shops and restaurants are reachable in a few minutes. On top still the parking space in the underground parking and extremely warm hosts. What more could you ask for? I came from the clinic and was weakened. In the apartment I was able to relax very well, make small excursions on foot. It is beautifully decorated, actually perfectly tasteful and practical. I felt very comfortable there. After 5 days I was much better. Tom and Gesine were always available via chat. The fact that the guest card didn't work out was due to the town of Bad Aibling and wasn't bad.

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Johann - especially thanks to Elfriede and Maria, who are simply great hosts! They were super friendly, helpful and always approachable. Whether it was a small question or a request - help was provided immediately and you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The apartment was exactly as described – very nice, cozy and in a fantastic location. You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail has gone into this. We felt comfortable from the first moment and would be happy to come back. Thank you for everything, Elfriede and Maria! 😊

I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Thanks to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

this is how Airbnb should be - wonderful! everything great! very nice apartment, everything there, very lovingly and beautifully furnished, good beds, great location, very nice contact! Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. But you can stay longer and simply feel good! Thank you very much, Sabine!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is fully equipped and the induction hob, oven and microwave are modern and in excellent condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and has a beautiful view in the garden! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which is slightly elevated above the house. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I can highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.

We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can fully recommend.
