After using airbnb extensively I decided to make the ground floor available for mindful travellers. This is a 500+ year old house with original retro furniture and art works. The private kitchen is a little odd and frozen in the 60’s therefore not high tech but it is functional. There is a shower room and separate toilet for your sole use and a large shared garden ! No TV, good for tech detox! No smoking inside the house The tourist tax is 3.50 per person per night

The Helena is a lovingly renovated and equipped vacation home for up to ten people in a sunny panoramic hillside location in Bad Aussee with proximity to the lakes. A central starting point for hiking, skiing or relaxing in the spa. Beautiful small apartment right in the center of Bad Aussee. 34 m² newly renovated and very comfortably furnished, with everything vacation guests need. The small studio apartment includes a living room and bedroom in one. A beautiful country kitchen including stove and dishwasher as well as a coffee maker are also available. The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with toilet and shower. Although located on the main road, the apartment is very quiet.

House Khälss Bad Aussee - Traun apartment

The Traun apartment is a sunny apartment alongside the river 'Traun'. It consists of a bedroom with a bed (140x200cm), shower and basin and a 2nd room with kitchen, dining table and exit to the terrace. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and shares the toilet in the anteroom with the 2nd apartment. The price includes the tourist tax of EUR 3.50 per person/per night which is usually charged separately in other accommodations.

Vacation home on the Traun

The quiet apartment is on the first floor and has a size of 34 m². The balcony offers another 7 m² and is equipped with sliding glass elements. These can be easily moved and offer a fantastic view of the Hoher Sarstein and the passing Traun. Free parking with a barrier system is also available. The center of Bad Aussee is within walking distance of a few minutes, and various shops are in the immediate vicinity.
