The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Das Bauernhaus mit Seminar- und Veranstaltungsraum, auch für Feiern, JGA, Hochzeiten, Konzerte o.ä. geeignet. Die Location nahe der Stadt Eggenfelden ist auch nach 22 Uhr nutzbar. Die historische Mühle liegt direkt am Fluss, wo ihr auch schwimmen könnt. Im alten Bauernhaus könnt ihr traditionell wohnen. Der große Garten lädt zum Grillen und Feuer machen ein. Fischen ist mit Tageskarte möglich. In der kalten Jahreszeit kann auch eine Fasssauna organisiert werden.
