Welcome to Modernhouse in Koblenz Güls. Enjoy your stay in the spacious outdoor hot tub with a view of the vineyards! The accommodation is modern and spacious with three bedrooms. Here, you can enhance your travel experience with a Smart TV (Ambilight), workspaces, king-size beds, a terrace with a grill and seating area, as well as a hot tub. The modern bathroom is a highlight, equipped with a walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and integrated sound system.

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

It is modernly furnished and offers every comfort you can imagine. Of course, the hot tub and sauna are very special.

The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions to the beautiful Maifeld, the Moselle & the Rhine. Children and pets are welcome. Check-in works via key box. The house is yours alone & has a fenced yard with garden furniture and barbecue.

Our beautiful, almost 250-year-old house offers you everything you need to relax in the middle of nature or spend time with family and friends. The large garden invites you to linger in good weather and thanks to the wood-burning stove and sauna you can also make yourself comfortable on rainy days. The house is surrounded by the fields and forests of the Hunsrück, the Moselle can be reached in a few minutes by car.
