You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! Welcome to our modern and newly built 2-room basement apartment, perfect for guests looking for modern living comfort and tranquility. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It also has a private terrace. NOTE: The apartment is not barrier-free! The entrance to the apartment leads through a staircase. The apartment is located in a rural area 5 minutes by car from Wasserburg am Inn. There is private parking right in front of the apartment.

Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The room has a double bed (160x200), 50 inch FullHD TV (incl. Prime) and 3D Blu ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, dishes, incl. Coffee and various teas. Parking is right in front of our Haus.

Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth.
