The apartment is located in an 8 party house in an exclusive location at 980m altitude on Obersalzberg in the beautiful Berchtesgadener Land. It takes about 13 minutes by car to get to the centre of Berchtesgaden. A bus connection to various excursion destinations ( e.g. Königssee, Kehlsteinhaus, salt mine) can also be reached after only 3 minutes' walk, which can be used several times a day for free with the spa card. Various hiking tours can be started directly from the front door.

Trail-heads start right behind the chalet - a mountain paradise.
