This was our second stay at Tatjana’s beautiful house and we loved it. Thank you. The location is picturesque and the house is fantastically equipped to ensure your alpine holiday, is wonderful. A huge thank you to Anja & Stefan They have created a perfect oasis with their beautiful home. The love and hard work that must have gone into building and creating this house is remarkable. Time went so quickly, we could easily have stayed much longer! The sauna at the end of the day after skiing was such a treat, and the kitchen is probably better equipped than ours at home. A huge thank you to Anja & Stefan for sharing their home with us and letting us stay. We hope to be back very soon.

We chose Bernhard's house for a meeting of three families with children from different places. We couldn't have chosen better. Bernhard's property absolutely suited us with its size, location, and amenities, thanks to which we spent valuable time with friends. The property completely matched the description and nothing from the description was missing. Moreover, Bernhard communicated very proactively and promptly answered any questions we had. There are many hiking trails of various difficulties in the area. It is definitely a place we would like to return to. Certainly, they will return to the area in winter for great skiing.

Great, modern accommodation, excellent natural location and very well appointed. We plan to come back!

Great family home in an absolutely beautiful location. The home is well appointed, large, comfortable, and private with unbelievable views all around. Milian was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d gladly stay here again!

I just came back from a great vacation in Austria I been lucky with choosing the house , first the owner is very nice and helpful as well, he 's really great '"any help any time"' , the house is very nice with wonderful view and the location is very close to highway A10 , its close to main interest, not far about 600 m a supermarket I REALLY RECOMEND.

We were a larger group, two generations, and it fit perfectly. The house is very spacious and cozy Everything is available for cooking and grilling. And there's something for every level of hiker. The area is beautiful. Absolutely recommend!

A great place to stay. Impressive scenery ideal for rest and relaxation. Great hiking opportunities. Although I was there in February and there was still some snow, my fellow travelers and I decided to climb the nearby mountain. Was a bit difficult and partly dangerous but the view from the very top was even more fantastic than from the chalet itself. Very recommended.

We were two couples (old friend for 45 years) using the Haus and stayed over Christmas and New Year. The location and the mountain views are magical, perfect to relax. It is remote and driving to town takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on the road condition (snow and winding mountain road). So stock up and relax :)

Beautiful place, fantastic amenities, safe, quiet surroundings. Sauna is incredible, rooms and furnishings are wonderful. 15minute drive to great skiing, 1hr to ice skating, lovely restaurant in Flattach, supermarket 5mins drive. great coffee machine, great tv, loads of kitchen utensils. boot warmer, and heated towel rails are a nice touch close to waterfalls and a river, perfect for traffic free scenic walks. hard to fault.

Five of us stayed here in March '25 and went skiing in the local area. The house is very nicely finished and has a very comfortable setup. Mostly we cooked for ourselves but one evening we walked around the corner to the "Restaurant Zur Glitzernden Lederhos'n", which I can also recommend. The local ski area is great too. Overall, a super experience and we hope to come back to stay here again!

We were there in a group of 10 and we really liked the chalet. Check-in was very comfortable and otherwise you could only feel comfortable. 😊 The flair of the chalet in connection with the surroundings is perfect. 😊 We will definitely be back 😊

We had a super nice stay with our group of friends in this chalet. There were 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is in the basement. We were 6 people, so we didn't need the bedroom in the basement. The chalet has every comfort. There were 3 bathrooms incl. toilet with a sauna in one of the bathrooms. In addition, the living room and kitchen were very spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. In the basement there was place to put skis and ski boots (heated), which was very convenient. The maiskogel gondola was about a 10-minute walk and restaurants were also within walking distance. In short, a super chalet in a very good location. In addition, communication with Bella was also very smooth. Thanks for this nice stay!

Andrea and her husband's house is a beautiful old house equipped with every modern comfort. The house has everything you need, is cozy and gives a warm feeling. The beautiful stove/oven in the kitchen is easy to turn on with the available wood and provides a cozy warmth in the kitchen. The indoor sauna and relaxation area is a winner, highly recommended after skiing. The sleeping rooms are furnished with beautiful painted closets and have a private bathroom. What stands out are the many works of art that hang on the walls, very nice to watch. The museum village where the house is located is very peaceful and quiet and is about an 8-minute drive from Bad Gastein, we always went by car, but there is also a bus service. The contact with Andrea was pleasant. This house is highly recommended as far as we are concerned.

The place is lovely! Great location and great chalet. Everything was really great. The only point that irritated us a bit was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in is only from 4 PM.. although we were only able to arrive later due to work, but checking out at 10 AM is quite sporty.. We didn't really have this on our radar and overslept, so I contacted the host and explained that we overslept and would only check out around 10:30 AM. At 10:25 AM a man knocks and without further words he goes into the chalet to clean the hot tub. No hello or goodbye. Of course, you would have to pay attention to the times yourself when booking, this got lost with us. Nevertheless, everything else was great and I can definitely recommend the place!

The place was really great. Super kid friendly and great location. There is another house between the house and the lake, but there is still direct access to the lake. It's also really great and great cooling in the summer. The owners are always available and available in the restaurant next door (this is also highly recommended!).

It was a wonderful stay. We were there with 4 people and a dog. The place is very clean, the beds and towels were fresh and washed. 🫧 We liked the sauna in the bathroom best, which was extremely easy to use and the perfect relaxation after long days of hiking. 😍 The view (directly onto the reservoir with the mountains around) as well as the privacy was just as beautiful. However, you have to accept that the nearest supermarket, etc., is 17 km away. But we would take this over and over again for such a great place to stay.🥹 The house has everything you need.🤗 The communication was also great, as was the descriptions. There is no even better price-performance ratio. Thank you for this lovely getaway.❤️

The cottage was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out are very straightforward. Unfortunately we had very bad weather, but when we entered the house it was nice and warm and very comfortable. That is why we enjoyed staying indoors and enjoyed our time there. Each room had its own bathroom with toilet, which is really great. Overall, we had a great stay. Absolutely recommended.

Our stay at the Steinbock was a complete success. The accommodation was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. We especially liked the quiet location with the magnificent view - perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. We immediately felt welcome. The surrounding area also offers many great opportunities for hiking and exploring. We will be happy to come back!

We were lucky enough to take a week of winter vacation in Charlet Kreuzkogel. Already when we entered the house, we all felt very comfortable. The sauna of the fireplace and the quiet just outside location, made our stay perfect. Everything is within walking distance and was just ideally located for us with two dogs. We will be happy to come back next year.

We really liked the Steinbock Lodge as a group of 8 people! You are accommodated in a picturesque landscape, in which you can go hiking extremely well and in which a lot can be discovered on your own 🏔️ We found it wonderfully quiet and relaxing to be in the small town away from the city, as you could really enjoy nature there. The amenities were as indicated and can be seen in the pictures - we felt right at home 🏠 The furnishings and features (such as underfloor heating or pellet stove) were a very big plus. Even with 8 people, we had no major problems with the bathroom layout, as 3 were available. Technically speaking, everything is really up to date (right down to the small details like the labeled switches, drawers, etc.) with a rustic, homely interior. We definitely recommend the place and will also be happy to come back!
