Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

Our historic townhouse is located above the Traun River, just behind the striking Kreuzstein, which greets you upon arrival in the village. This charming house was built in the late 19th century and serves as the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Bad Ischl and the Salzkammergut. We rent the lovingly furnished first floor, which exudes a truly cozy character with its antique wooden floors, solid stone walls and inviting wooden windows.

The apartment is located in the district of Kreutern, north of Bad Ischl, and is approx. 3 kilometers from the imperial city center. Here you can relax in a very quiet and sunny location with balcony and mountain views. With us you can take smaller or extended walks and hikes from the front door. For example, to the Hohenzoller waterfall and then to the Jainzenberg, from which you have a magnificent view over all of Bad Ischl.

This lovingly designed duplex with covered terrace and large balcony was completely rebuilt in 2022 and offers you everything you need for a memorable stay in the mountains. The apartment is located in the center of Obertraun in the immediate vicinity of picturesque Lake Hallstatt as well as the entrance to the Dachstein-Krippenstein ski resort and is also easily accessible by train.

'dasBergblick'

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
