We offer a rustic farmhouse, built in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Bookable for 5 or more people. We have lots of horses, big and small, and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location at the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. We provide peace, beautiful nature, warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. We also offer sauna and med for an additional cost. Massages. To ensure tranquility, we only take 2 guests per apartment.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

If you want to spend a few quiet and relaxing days in nature, our forest house is just the right place. For those who can do without Wi-Fi. The house is in a secluded location, surrounded by forest and meadow, on a small pond and stream, far from roads and cars. 5-10 minutes' walk from the parking lot. (Luggage transport service is possible.) A tourist tax of 1.00 euros will be charged per person per day upon arrival.

There are two queen size beds, a wardrobe, a large couch, other seating options, a TV, a small mini-bar with a kettle, a fridge, a microwave and a toaster and of course a private small bathroom. However, this apartment does not offer cooking facilities.
